🟢 Return Eligibility

A return request will be accepted only if:

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Product has a manufacturing defect

• Product received is different from the description/images shown on our website

📝 For all above cases, customers must submit an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

🔴 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged/defective:

🔁 Replacement / Exchange

If the product is eligible for return:

• A replacement/ exchange will be provided for the same product only

• Replacement is subject to stock availability with the vendor

• If replacement is not available, refund will be processed

📦 Return Pickup Process

• After approval, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup

• Product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags, labels, accessories & warranty cards (if applicable)

If pickup is denied due to missing packaging or use-damage, the return will be rejected.

💰 Refund Timeline

Refund will be processed only after:

• Product is received back at vendor warehouse

• Vendor quality check (QC) is completed and approved

• In case of delay from the vendor due to stock, logistics, or festival load, our support team will update you.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

• 5–10 business days (Pan India)

• Remote locations may take additional time

Delivery timelines may vary based on vendor warehouse location, courier partner, and serviceability.

💰 Shipping Charges

🛒 Multiple Vendor Orders

If your order contains items from different vendors:

• They may be shipped separately

• You will receive separate tracking details for each parcel

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking ID

• Courier partner name

• Live tracking link (via SMS/WhatsApp/Email)

🏷️ Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make two attempts for delivery.
If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong address

• Unreachable contact number

• Customer unavailability

…the shipment may be cancelled or returned by the courier company.

📍 Address Change

Shipping address can be changed only before dispatch.
After dispatch, address changes are not possible.
